1) Who We Are & What We Do
We provide health & wellness education, coaching, and related programs. We do not provide medical care or professional clinical services. Content is informational only and not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your physician or qualified health provider regarding any condition.
2) Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live). You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current. You are responsible for activities that occur under your submissions to our forms and any communications with us.
3) Booking, Payments & Cancellations
Program or session bookings may be made through links we provide.
Prices, inclusions, and schedules may change at any time before purchase.
Unless we state otherwise in writing, fees are non-refundable once a program begins. Where a refund policy or reschedule window is posted for a specific offer, that policy will apply.
No chargebacks should be initiated without first contacting us to resolve an issue in good faith.
4) SMS/Text Messaging Terms (A2P)

You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the provincial or federal courts located in Ontario for any dispute not otherwise resolved. You and we waive any right to a jury trial to the extent permitted by law.

By submitting our forms, checking consent boxes, or communicating electronically, you agree to receive communications from us electronically and to sign/enter into agreements electronically. This satisfies any requirement that communications be in writing.
15) Severability; Entire Agreement
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms, plus the Privacy Policy and any specific offer terms you accept at checkout or enrollment, constitute the entire agreement between you and Stacey Burgess.
